Central Banks’ Monetary Policy Decision Could Prevent Strengthening Of The Euro

Major international central banks could be close to unwinding extraordinary expansionary monetary policy. This is the message launched by Federal Reserve, Bank of England and the Reserve Bank of Australia at the end of last week monetary policy meetings.

The Federal Reserve has clearly indicated that it could raise rates by 25 basis points at the end of 13/14 December monetary policy meeting. It would follow the 25bp rate hike decided in December 2015.
